This fabulous duo of are trying to introduce people to a new era of music. A new, and delightful form of expession, something so sweet and savvy you can taste it with your ears. Starting in the summer of 2009 Esdras Charles (E.Charlez) & Joshua Celestin (J.Prez) formed a musical bond and named themselves "YOUNG BOYZ". Because of the negativity that is situated with being a christian, Young Boyz' saw the need to break the stigma associated with the christian life. They have made it their goal to show people, especially today's youths, that it is possible to have fun with God in their lives... Each having their own styles and swag, they work as a team, and live like a family.

Esdras Charles (E.Charlez)
Born June 1, 1986

E.Charlez was born in Danbury, CT, and grew up in the church (French Speaking Baptist Church). While there E.Charlez acquired various skills and developed his God-given talents. E.Charlez also taught himself to play the bass at the early age of 11. Later on throughout his high school years, he fiddled with various music producing softwares. Unsure of his next direction following graduation, he resolved to doing the one thing that spoke to his soul the most. Music! Upon receiving his certificate from the Institute Of Audio Research in 2006, he was ready and open to a whole new world of unlimited musical possibilities. A world of free-expression, where there are no limits.

Joshua Celestin (J.Prez)
Born July 16, 1991

J.Prez was born and raised in Danbury, CT. Being brought up in a musical family, as well as a church full of music, how could he not have a strong passion and desire for music? His father played the guitar and sister tuned into the violin. By age 8, J.Prez was taught the bass guitar by his father, and two years later fascinated himself with the drums in which he managed to teach himself. Nothing short of impressive! He shared his early years of faith, talent, music, and love with the French Speaking Baptist Church in Danbury, CT. As J. Prez reached his teen years, he grew distant from the church, until E. Charlez reunited him to his love for the Lord and music. In January of 2009, J.Prez became a member of The Bridge and U.M.F Productions. Immediately after signing on, J.Prez was on fire. A fire that continues to burn unceasingly to this day. After much challenges and triumphs, J.Prez partnered with E.Charlez as head of U.M.F Productions in 2009.

This duo has an amazing story to share. Their musical abilities will touch the lives of mothers, daughters, fathers and sons. They hope to show everyone how to tune their hearts to Christ's call, and learn to live the magic that the Lord can bring into their souls. Led by the Holy Spirit of God, your mind, body, and soul will feel rejuvenated by their captivating music. Music that everyone will enjoy!
