Blaze Torch

Blaze Torch grew up in the streets of Vineland NJ. From age 3, he was singing rapping for family friends. He was raised in the church and at the age of 6 he wrote his first gospel rap song with the help from his mother. By age 10, Blaze performed in numerous church talent shows and won either first or second prize in all of them. The first time Blaze displayed his talents in a secular setting was in 8th grade when he performed in Landis Junior High School talent show. Noticing that his popularity was growing, he decided to pursue secular music for the next 11yrs. In the year 2004 Blaze began Hold It Down Entertainment but in September of 2005 Blaze put the music to a holt to become the full time youth pastor at Bridgeton A/G for 4yrs Blaze has led youth to the lord on a local scale along with doing music solo and with Christian rock band Gerizim and now after 9yrs in the Holy Hip-Hop ministry he is now ready to take this ministry full time. He knows that with 9yrs experience under his belt of full time ministry that God is leading him to a Life Changing Ministry.

Blaze has shared the stage with many Christian artists such as R-Swift, SevStatik, Carriers of the Cross, CoreyRed, Precise, Da Truth, Run Kid Run, KJ-52, Sho Baraka, DJ Wade-O, Frontlynaz, Group1Crew, Double Edge, Identity, Me and Motion, Desperation Band, and many more. Blaze has also performed at numerous youth conferences, retreats, festivals (Fishnet Music Festival), churches, street outreaches, etc. Blaze’s goal is to reach this generation with the timeless gospel with a relevant sound. To empower this generation to live a life to the fullest potential God has for them.
